The applications for the Class of 2027 open

Each class of Leadership Franklin represents a diverse cross-section of Franklin's business and civic community. The program is limited to no more than 24 class members each year. attendance at every session is mandatory.

 In fact, class members are required to commit to two years of full participation in the Leadership Franklin program. It is mandatory that each participant attend the entirety of all sessions beginning with Opening Day and Retreat. In addition, other responsibilities in the first year of commitment include participation in a small study group as part of a group project initiative. Following graduation, the second year of commitment requires participation as a co-chair of a program day for the next years’ class and mentoring a member of the new class.
